The Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, at the same time chief negotiator for the dialogue with Serbia, reacted after the agreement on energy in the north with Serbia. In a post on Twitter, he said that it enables the billing of electricity in the four northern municipalities of Kosovo, according to the laws and regulatory system of Kosovo. "Finally, we have approved the Implementation Road Map for Energy Agreements of 2013 and 2015. This is the second agreement with Serbia under the Kurti government, after the interim agreement on license plates.
