The Chairman of the Democratic Party of Albania, Sali Berisha, has made serious accusations against the Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Speaker of the Assembly of Albania, Lindita Nikolla, who, according to him, are blocking the resolution on the Serbian genocide in Kosovo by not sending it to the Assembly.
