The former Minister of Finance, Haki Shatri, testified on Monday before the Parliamentary Investigative Committee regarding the decision-making process in the energy sector for the period 2006-2022.

Shatri answered for his mandate as minister during the period 2005-2007

In front of the MPs, Shatri emphasized that UNMIK, namely the IV pillar of this mission and the Kosovo Trust Agency (AKM) have decided on the process of public and private enterprises.

Shatri said that the government at that time had limited powers. He said that as far as he remembers, the then government gave a loan to KEK, 8 or 10 million euros.
