Bardiqi apologizes for the "karate" comment saying it was sarcasm
Vetevendosje Movement MP Naim Bardiqi has again tried to clarify his message, “We are choosing ‘karate’, then we’ll see what the Constitutional Court says,” saying it was sarcasm among friends.
He described the photographing of his messages as a violation of privacy.
In the session held on Monday evening, Bardiqi is seen sending a message regarding the issue of the president.
Bardiqi apologized for the words used in the message.
“This is a sarcastic communication among friends and has nothing to do with anything else. I also consider it a violation of privacy; that place is a workplace for an MP, therefore I do not consider private messages to be for the public. From here I apologize if there has been any concern, whether for LVV, citizens or voters. You have seen that it is in quotation marks, used as a sarcastic expression, implying that even in the absence of the opposition, majority MPs will carry out the voting according to rules and procedures,” Bardiqi said.
