The Special Prosecution of Kosovo has requested that the three accused, Blagoje Spasojevic, Vladimir Tolic and Dusan Maksimovic, be found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Special prosecutor Naim Abazi, during his closing statement, said that the terrorist attack in Banjska was not an isolated incident but an organized terrorist act aimed at undermining the constitutional order.

He further said that the actions of the accused constitute genuine acts of terrorism, which resulted in the killing of police sergeant Afrim Bunjaku and the wounding of police officers.
