The Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albulena Balaj-Halimaj said that one of the commitments of the executive is for the genocide in Kosovo to be recognized on an international scale and the victims and their families to be adequately treated. In her speech at the session of the Assembly of Kosovo on the occasion of the International Day of Commemoration and Dignity of the Victims of the Crime of Genocide, she said that the Special Court should bring to justice all those who committed crimes against Albanian civilians during the recent war in Kosovo.

She said that she was committed in visits and talks with various organizations and commissions, which represent the families of missing persons.
