The MP of the Vetëvendosje Movement, Mefail Bajqinovci, has reacted after the election of Bozhidar Delić as the Deputy Speaker of the Serbian Parliament. His reaction came because Delic was the commander of the brigade that committed war crimes in Kosovo. "The commander of the brigade that committed war crimes in Kosovo is elected deputy Speaker of the Assembly of Serbia. Only Milosevic is missing for Serbia to complete the criminal leadership of the 90s," he wrote on Facebook. During the war in Kosovo in 1999, Bozhidar Delic was the commander of the 549th Motorized Brigade of the Yugoslav Army. The former commander of the 549th Brigade of the Yugoslav Army, Delic is accused of war crimes in Kosovo. The non-governmental Belgrade Fund for Humanitarian Law, which investigates war crimes, filed two criminal charges against him for what they said were crimes in Kosovo, but no proceedings were ever madet against Delić.
