Former goalkeeper of the Kosovo national team, Samir Ujkani, has spoken about the potential and future of Kosovo star Edon Zhegrova. In an interview on “SportCast,” Ujkani highly praised Zhegrova’s qualities and the impact he could have in a top-level team such as Juventus.
“I believe that for a club like Juventus, Edon Zhegrova is a luxury, it is a luxury to have him, and I believe Juventus should make the most of him to raise their level and bring Juventus back where it deserves to be, in European finals, in the Champions League, competing to win it. Edon Zhegrova can be the player who brings them to that level. Edon is a young guy and we all love him and support him, and of course it is the same at the club. Of course, the boy has not yet managed to fully make his mark at his club, but the players know what quality he has,” Ujkani said.
Ujkani emphasized that Zhegrova remains one of the greatest talents in Kosovo football, suggesting that with the right support and opportunity, he can reach the highest levels of European football.KosovaPress
