Asllani: The Thursday of spring 1998 was not like other days
Multiethnic Group MP, Artan Asllani, recalled the sacrifice of the Kosovo Liberation Army and the Jashari family on the 28th anniversary of the KLA Epic.
Asllani emphasized that the events of March 1998 were not like ordinary days.
“The Thursday of spring 1998 was not a day like any other; it was a day that gave life to history, tested the conscience of a people, and became a sacrifice that took shape, gained resilience, and a voice. Freedom began to be written with bloody, yet immortal, letters. That day gives us today the opportunity to stand here without fear and to speak freely,” Asllani said.
