Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said on Monday that Serbia has not withdrawn from destabilizing efforts, but that the presence of security institutions is producing results, reports KosovaPress.

Speaking at a government meeting, Kurti welcomed the arrest of Stefan Radulovic, who is suspected of involvement in the terrorist attack in Banjska, Zvecan, where police sergeant Afrim Bunjaku was killed and two others were injured.

“With determination, commitment and sacrifice, during our governance and even in these final days of our third mandate, we have dismantled criminal paramilitary gangs that served as illegal parallel structures in the north. We have extended sovereignty and established law and order, despite initial mistrust. Our northern neighbor has not withdrawn from destabilizing efforts, but the vigilant presence of the state is delivering results. We welcome the actions of our security institutions that found and confiscated weapons in various locations. We welcome the arrest of Stefan Radulovic, linked to the terrorist attack in Banjska. Justice will only be complete when Milan Radoicic is brought before justice in Kosovo. That the fight against organized crime is uncompromising is also proven by successful anti-drug operations in Peja and anti-gambling operations in several cities across the country,” he said.
