The Head of EU Office/EU Special Representative, Nataliya Apostolova, on the Europe Day, did not say any word about visa liberalization for Kosovo, but she emphasized that the EU is putting together the economic support in the form of grants and loans worth hundreds of millions of Euros to support the economy.

Apostolova said that the EU is reaching the most vulnerable countries with over €20 billion package. According to her, the pledging marathon aims to raise €7.5 billion to develop fast and a quick access to fight the coronavirus.
