The Basic Prosecution in Prizren, Department of Serious Crimes, has filed an indictment against the defendant E.G., who is in custody due to reasonable suspicion that he committed the criminal offense "Smuggling of migrants" under Article 164 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK). The Basic Prosecution in Prizren stated in a press release that “With these actions, the defendant E.G., has fulfilled the elements of the criminal offense‘ Smuggling of migrants ’according to the CCRK. The prosecutor of the case, upon filing the indictment, has proposed to the Court that after holding the main trial, administration of evidence and their evaluation, the above-mentioned defendant for the criminal offense for which he is accused to be found guilty and sentenced according to law.
