An Albanian teacher from Turkey talks about the chaotic situation after the earthquake

Turkey is in national mourning after being struck by a powerful earthquake that killed thousands of people, while searches are still ongoing to find people under the rubble of collapsed buildings. Schools are closed, institutions, organizations, as well as volunteer people have been mobilized to help survivors in the affected areas.

Teuta Tabaku, a teacher of the Albanian language that has been working in Turkey for 30 years, says that this is the most powerful earthquake that has hit Turkey in the last 55 years.

In a video call From Bursa, she told KosovaPress, that the situation is serious, but efforts are being made in every direction to find the trapped people, as well as to help the injured.
