The Committee on Legislation, Mandates, Immunities, Rules of Procedure of the Assembly and the oversight of the Anti-Corruption Agency, has approved amendments to the Code of Criminal Procedure, to facilitate the trial in the absence of war crimes. Although there were clashes between the position and the opposition, in the end all members of the committee spoke in favor of the urgent request of the Ministry of Justice, except for the MP from the Serbian List who left the hall at the time of voting. The chairman of the committee, Adnan Rrustemi said that through this draft law, three articles related to the trial in the absence of war crimes will be changed, which he said is a request of the Special Prosecution.
