The decision of the Albanian Government to close the border with Kosovo, as a preventive measure against coronavirus, is being implemented. Only, commercial vehicles (those carrying goods) and government vehicles will be allowed, citizens or other vehicles from Kosovo are not being allowed to cross the border in Morina toward Albania.
