ALB architect company is the winning company for the construction of the Opera, Ballet and Ensemble “Shota” Theater in Kosovo. What sets this project apart is its pavilion, which will be in the form of national costumes.
This facility is planned to be a park on one side, and a square on the other, the location of which is determined behind the Palace of Youth and Sports.
Minister of Culture, Hajrulla Çeku said that this building will give the capital an icon of contemporary architecture, and will transform Pristina into a center of performing arts.

“It elevates our capital Pristina in the global landscape of culture and architecture…This building will give the capital an icon of contemporary architecture, and will stand next to one of the pearls of modern architecture, the Palace of Youth and Sports. It will contain four auditoriums, with from 300 to 1200 seats. It will offer underground parking in function of the inner ring of the capital, with a capacity of over 400 parking spaces… It's a vision that will transform Pristina into a center of performing arts,” said Ceku.
