The Ministry of Internal Affairs, starting today, has made available to the public a communication channel – a toll-free phone line – 0800, as part of the information campaign regarding the implementation of the Law on Foreigners and the Law on Vehicles, to provide quick and accurate notifications to citizens, foreigners, and visitors.
The number of this line is: 0800 46 757, the announcement states, as reported by KosovaPress.
“By calling this number, at no cost for the phone service, interested parties can receive information regarding the provisions of the Law on Foreigners and the Law on Vehicles.”
This toll-free line will provide information in Albanian, Serbian, and English.
The toll-free phone line is one of the measures the Ministry of Internal Affairs has planned to make available, in order to provide the necessary information to facilitate the stay of visitors and foreigners in the Republic of Kosovo, and for the circulation of vehicles registered abroad.
The information campaign will continue until March 15, 2026, aiming to facilitate access to information and ensure compliance with the applicable legislation.
