Serb List fined €20,000 for violating election silence

The political party Serb List has been fined €20,000 by the Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP) for violating the Code of Ethics and Conduct during the election campaign.

According to the decision obtained from PZAP, the complaint was filed by the political party Kosovski Savez, which claimed that in the municipality of Leposavić, at several different locations, Serb List had placed campaign materials in violation of the law. In response to these allegations, Serb List did not submit a reply to the complaint.

PZAP also determined that the complaint was well-founded, noting that the complainant had attached photographs as evidence of the placement of promotional materials. According to the decision, the materials were placed in public spaces, including electrical poles, parks, bus stations, overpasses, electrical transformer stations, and public roads.
