Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, said that if the country goes to new elections, the state budget would lose tens of millions of euros.
According to him, LDK and PDK are not willing or interested in reaching an agreement, reports KosovaPress.
“If we go to new elections, they will cost at least 10 million euros; if we go to new elections, we will lose tens of millions of euros as a state, and if we go to new elections, we will not have a solution… I met with LDK, PDK refused the meeting, they simply do not seem willing and interested in an agreement… It was said that VV should not hold three positions…,” Kurti said.
The Prime Minister made these comments after the inauguration of renovations at the Cardiology Clinic.
According to a Constitutional Court ruling, the deadline for electing the President of Kosovo in the Assembly is April 28.
