The Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, Avdullah Hoti, has sent a letter to the Austrian Chancellor, Sebastian Kurz.
Through this letter, Prime Minister Hoti, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, has condemned the terrorist attacks that shook the Austrian capital, Vienna, last night.
