The Assembly of Kosovo has adopted in the first reading the Draft Law on the State Bureau for the Verification of Unjustified Assets.
The bill received the support of 81 MPs who voted in favor, with no votes against and 25 abstentions.
“81 members of the Assembly voted in favor, none against, and 25 abstained. I conclude that the Assembly has approved in principle the Draft Law on the State Bureau for the Verification of Unjustified Assets. The competent Assembly committees are required to review the draft law and submit a report with recommendations to the Assembly,” said Speaker of the Assembly Albulena Haxhiu.
