Additional assistance for families on social assistance in Kosovo
Two thousand families, beneficiaries of social assistance in Kosovo, will be financially assisted in the purchase of food and hygiene products for three months in a row. The project, which is a UNDP donation, and is supported by the Government of Luxembourg, will help families in a more difficult situation. Coupons that will be distributed to families in need are of different values, depending on the number of family members.
There are over 26 thousand families on social assistance in Kosovo, whose situation has worsened due to the Covid-19 pandemic. But for three months in a row, only 2 thousand families will receive additional assistance.
