The head of the Parliamentary Group of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Abelard Tahiri has reacted after the preliminary results announced by the Central Election Commission (CEC) where the candidate of this party for mayor of Pristina, Uran Ismaili was ranked third. Tahiri says that Uran Ismaili did not win the mandate but won the respect and hearts of the people of Prishtina.
