AAK calls on the Government not to violate the autonomy of the municipalities

Bashkim Ramosaj from AAK, today at the press conference spoke about the concerns regarding the Project Budget for 2023, which according to him, it has to do with the violation of the financial autonomy of the municipalities of Kosovo, especially as he said, in the 6th article, the ninth paragraph, where according to him, the autonomy of the municipalities is violated in the management of the budget.

"The municipality functions on the basis of its own exclusive competences, which are defined by the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, the law on local self-government and, at the same time, the law on the management of local public finances, and the law on the management of state finances. In this case, in this paragraph, something that is given to the municipalities by law and the Constitution, which are the taxes they receive from the citizens, for capital works and for the payment of debts, contracts that the municipality has in this case, is violated", he said...
