A case of document forgery has been recorded at Pristina Airport, where a Turkish citizen was arrested during passport control.

According to the report from the Kosovo Police, on December 17, 2025, around 11:00 AM, the suspect presented a passport suspected to be forged.

The suspected document was confiscated, and the suspect was taken into custody by order of the prosecutor.

“Pristina Airport / 17.12.2025 – 11:00. A male suspect, a citizen of Turkey, was arrested after presenting a passport suspected to be forged during document control. The suspected document has been confiscated, and by order of the prosecutor, the suspect has been taken into custody,” the Kosovo Police report stated.
