A low turnout in the elections in the north

Only 1.05 percent of citizens voted in North Mitrovica by 11:00. The percentage is almost the same in Zubin Potok, while in Leposavic and Zvecan only about 30 citizens voted.

This was announced by the spokesperson of the CEC, Valmir Elezi, at the press conference, who announced that the election process is continuing without any irregularities.

"The election process in these four municipalities is going well and without any obstacles until these moments when we are reporting. According to the data we have from the field, the participation of citizens in the election process until 11:00 in these four municipalities is as follows: in the municipality of Leposavic, 28 voters or 0.21 percent voted, in the municipality of Zubin Potok 65 voters or 1 percent voted, in Zvecan 29 voters voted or 0.41 percent and in the municipality of North Mitrovica there are 191 voters who cast their vote, or 1.05 percent," informed Elezi.
