A foreign citizen was found without signs of life in his apartment in Gjilan. He was found dead Monday morning. His death was ascertained by the doctor. Kosovo Police in the 24-hour report announces that the dead body of the victim is sent to the Institute of Forensic Medicine for autopsy.
