The Kosovo Police has arrested a foreign citizen, who was caught stealing in a shopping center in Pristina. According to the Police report, the incident happened on Sunday around 14:00h. "The male suspect, a foreign citizen, was arrested, after he was caught red-handed committing a theft in a shopping center. The suspect was taken into custody by the prosecutor's decision," the report states.
