Three foreign citizens were arrested yesterday in the village of Magure in Lipjan, after they beat the male victim, a foreign citizen, after a dispute. According to the Police, one of the detainees is a minor. The victim was offered medical treatment. With the decision of the prosecutor, the suspects were sent to detention.
