The pandemic crisis has hit Kosovo's economy as well as the world's economies. Due to this, many persons and businesses have been forced to submit a request to the banks of Kosovo to defer the payment of the loan installments. The spokesman of the Central Bank of Kosovo, Kushtrim Ahmeti, said via email that in the period March, April, May and July, close to 78 thousand requests for loan installment postponement were submitted.
