Measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus which have been imposed by state and health institutions are not being followed by all citizens. For this disregard, they are being fined by the Kosovo Police. On Tuesday alone, police fined 657 citizens for failing to comply with antiCOVID-19 measures. Meanwhile, since August 30, antiCOVID-19 measures came into force due to the increase in the number of deaths but also positive cases with coronavirus.
