50.1% of citizens are satisfied with the work performance of Kosovo's institutions.

And that this is an increase of 70.7% if compared to November 2023.

The job satisfaction of the president Vjosa Osmani is 69%.

The job satisfaction of the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, has increased to 58.4%

Meanwhile, for the Speaker of the Assembly of Kosovo at 64.4%, compared to November of last year, which was 52.2%.

These data were made known by UNDP, which today launched the Public Pulse, where 1300 people were surveyed in the country's 38 municipalities.

The permanent representative of UNDP, Nuno Querios, has stated that there are three issues that have been identified as problematic in the report, which are poverty, unemployment and prices.

Meanwhile, the project manager, Alisa Hasani, has stated that there has been an increase as far as citizens' satisfaction with central institutions is concerned, but that there has been a decrease in satisfaction with the courts and the prosecutor's office.

According to Hasani, the increase in satisfaction has been observed in the road safety situation. And, also in economic directions.

While, he has shown that according to the report the most corrupt institutions are the courts and Customs.

At the very end, it was said that 10.9% of respondents believe that the Kosovo-Serbia agreement will lead Kosovo to the European Union.
