During the last 24 hours, in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology in NIPHK and private laboratories with the method RT-PCR, were tested a total of 1,652 samples taken from the HUCSK and tracking of case contacts in the field, of which result 316 cases resulted positive. Within 24 hours, 3 deaths were reported with SARS CoV-2 positive. Cases of death are from the municipalities: Prishtina 2 cases (85, 81 years old), Drenas 1 case (74 years old). The total number of positive cases is 59,304 out of 227,482 persons suspected of being infected with the SARS-CoV-2 virus, while the total number of deaths is 1,482. During the last 24 hours, 195 patients have been cured, the total number of cured to date is 51,713 cases, while the number of active cases is 6,109.
