The National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo, announced that yesterday, in the Laboratory of Molecular Microbiology at NIPHK, a total of 297 suspicious samples taken from the Infectious Diseases Clinic and the tracing of contacts have been tested, where 11 cases have been confirmed with SARS-CoV-2.

According to the Institute, the positive cases are contact cases: four (4) cases from the municipality of Prizren (according to the settlement: 2 cases in Tupec and 2 cases in Prizren), three (3) cases from the municipality of Vushtrria (according to the settlement: 1 case in Stanovc i Poshtem and 1 case in Vushtrri), three cases from the municipality of Prishtina (according to the settlement: 3 cases in Prishtina) and one (1) case from Fushe Kosovo.
