During Election Day on Sunday, the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel (ECAP) received 21 complaints. Complaints to the ECAP were made by political entities and NGOs regarding the electoral process in the local elections in Kosovo. This was announced for KosovaPress by the head of the ECAP secretariat, Mulë Desku. “ECAP has received 21 complaints from various political entities, the nature of which has been: Breaking the Electoral silence - Sponsorship of posts with electoral content on FB, calls to vote via SMS, calls to vote on the social network FB , placing a poster near the Polling Stations, posting a photo with electoral content on the social network FB, sharing videos, photos with electoral content on the social network FB and breaking the electoral silence - calls to vote by posting a photo of children on social networks Instagram, etc. ", stated Desku.
