In the last 24 hours in Kosovo, fortunately, no fatalities have been reported as a result of the coronavirus. During this period, 16 new cases were registered out of 1,557 tests, the Ministry of Health announced, referring to data from the National Institute of Public Health of Kosovo. In the last 24 hours, 4,597 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been given. Since the beginning of vaccination, 1,553,816 doses of the vaccine have been given in all cities of Kosovo. To date, 716,855 citizens have been vaccinated with the second dose. Today, 16 citizens have recovered, while their total number of the recovered is 157,292. In total the number of active cases is 428.
