16 complaints of irregularities on election day were submitted to the Election Complaints and Appeals Panel by political parties, NGOs, parliamentary candidates and other individuals. The main complaints submitted to the ECAP relate to the breaking of the electoral silence by campaigning, sending telephone messages, calling people to vote for a particular political entity or their candidates. This information for KosovaPress were made known by the head of the ECAP Secretariat, Mulë Desku, who said that among the complaints for irregularities at the polling station is multiple voting. "Birn has filed 7 complaints, three political entities have filed 6 complaints. LDK commissioner has filed 1 complaint. PDK candidate for MP has filed 1 complaint, a citizen has filed 1 complaint. A total of 16 complaints have been filed" , he said for KosovaPress.
