Until 13:00h the turnout of Albanians who went to the polls has gone up to 31.87%, so it was announced by the Central Election Commission. So far, 65 polling stations have reported, where 14 thousand 431 out of 45284 voters in the list of these centers have voted. While until 12.00h according to the CEC, 47 polling stations out of 5199 in total throughout the country have reported a turnout of 27.18%.  At 10.00 the turnout was 16.67% according to data reported by 1216 polling stations. While at 11 o'clock the turnout was 20.81% according to data reported by 2241 polling stations out of 5199 in total throughout the country. State Election Commissioner Ilirjan Celibashi says the reason for reporting only 65 polling stations is because the CEC application was attacked.
