The municipalities with a Serbian majority received an average of 62% more budget per capita, as well as 89% more in capital expenditures per capita, than the other 28 municipalities, of which 27 are with an Albanian majority, the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, said. According to him, the 6 municipalities with a Serbian majority in the south of Kosovo, which are relatively well integrated, have consistently performed better than the 4 municipalities in the north.
