The Basic Prosecutor's Office in Ferizaj has announced that in cooperation with the Directorate for the Investigation of Serious Crimes in Prishtina, today they are continuing the action related to the seizure of construction facilities in Brezovica - Zone II, of the "Sharri" National Park.

The reports received in connection with this case from the Directorate for the Investigation of Serious Crimes in Prishtina and from the Cadastral Agency of Kosovo and the Department for Management of the EPAK prove that in this area, about 100 objects have been built in violation of the Park Law "Sharri" National Park no. 04/L-087 as well as the Spatial Plan for the "Sharri" National Park approved by the Assembly of Kosovo.

On Tuesday, by order of the State Prosecutor, dozens of construction objects were seized, which, according to the Prosecutor's Office, were built by abusing the official duty by the defendants in this case, by issuing construction permits in violation of the laws governing the National Park "Sharri", by accepting bribes, giving bribes, which have degraded the environment in this area, so that the facilities are also the result of the criminal offenses described above.
