The counting of votes received by mail has started this morning. There are a total of 56 thousand 610 envelopes with ballots which will be counted in the CRC. CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi said that after the end of the counting of the conditional votes, which ended yesterday, and after the votes received by mail are counted, the Central Election Commission marks the final stage of the vote counting process and can announce the final results of the elections held on 14 February.
