The Chairman of the Court of Appeals, Hasan Shala has criticized the Kosovo Judicial Council for the lack of judges. According to him, during 2020 they’ve been overloaded because some judges have retired and some have been promoted, while their number has not increased according to his request. In a press conference Shala also spoke about the number of completed cases and those in the process, adding that despite the difficulties they have managed to complete a large part of them.
