The Central Election Commission (CEC) has certified the final results of the second round of elections for Mayors of 18 municipalities, out of 21 that were in the runoff. The CEC has certified the election results for the following 18 municipalities: Gjakova, Drenas, Gjilan, Istog, Kaçanik, Klina, Fushe Kosova, Kamenica, Obiliq, Rahovec, Podujevo, Prishtina, Shtime, Viti, Vushtrri, Malisheva, Junik, and Mamusha. The Central Election Commission has decided to replace the candidate of the political entity, the Serbian List, Ivan Todosijevic, who was certified as an assembly member elected for the Municipal Assembly of Zvecan. He has been replaced by the next candidate from the same political entity, Marko Stefanovic. Teodosijevic was sentenced to 2 years in prison, after he denied the Recak massacre.
