The Central Election Commission of Kosovo has started preparations for the early elections which will be held on February 14. Meanwhile, the CEC announces when the application for registration of voters who do not live in Kosovo begins. CEC spokesman Valmir Elezi told KosovaPress that the application period for registering voters outside Kosovo is from 13 to 21 January. The election campaign will start on February 3 and will last ten days. At Friday's meeting, the CEC requested the Civil Registration Agency to remove persons with UNMIK documents from the voter list, as such documents have not been valid since 2013.
