The head of the ENEMO mission (European Network of Election Monitoring Organizations), Gianluca Passarelli after monitoring the election process in one of the polling stations in Tirana said that today in Albania the free will of every citizen must be guaranteed. Passarelli expressed optimism that the process will end peacefully and does not expect violence from either side. Passarelli stressed that the ENEM mission tomorrow will issue a report with preliminary findings on today's electoral process in Albania.
