President Vjosa Osmani has wished happy Easter to all Orthodox believers with wishes that peace and respect reign in every family.

Osmani said that Easter is a celebration of resurrection, revival and hope and an opportunity to share joy and hope with everyone.

"Holidays like this are a manifestation of common human values, humanity and solidarity, which inspire hope for the future. Let us prove our spirit of solidarity on this holiday and let us continue the precious tradition of celebrating the holidays in the spirit of understanding, tolerance and mutual respect. Happy Orthodox Easter", said Osmani.

Easter is one of the biggest celebrations of the Orthodox religion. It brings back to attention the great event of the resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth, three days after his death on the cross.
