The driver who caused the accident in Croatia has been remanded in custody for one month. The driver's lawyer, Igor Cisper, said he was remanded in custody because of the risk of escape. "The investigating judge ordered the detention, for a month, due to the possibility of leaving the Republic of Croatia, ie escape. He will now be sent to prison. He only gave a statement about the detention today, he did not give any evidence," said the Deputy State Attorney of Kopunić District, reports index.hr.
