On the occasion of the 13th anniversary of Kosovo's independence, the resigning chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), Isa Mustafa congratulated the citizens of the country. Mustafa writes in his congratulatory message that the declaration of independence on February 17 marks one of the most important moments in the recent history of Kosovo and that the road to independence was a road of sacrifice and hard work of an entire nation. He also said that the designer of independence and the establishment of the state of Kosovo is the architect Ibrahim Rugova. Mustafa also says that he is grateful to the family of the legendary commander, Adem Jashari.
