The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Vlora Dumoshi has honored the volunteers of the year with letters of appreciation. On this occasion, Minister Dumoshi said that this is a special day because some of the volunteers, in addition to having the name volunteers, for them is a humanism that comes from the heart to help others. Dumoshi said that it is good that Kosovo has also installed the administrative instruction where organizations that deal with volunteer work will be rewarded for humanism.
