At the Voting Center at the Technical Faculty, in Prishtina, over 200 citizens were not able to vote due to lack of ballots. The manager of this polling station did not comment to KosovaPress, as the police pointed out, due to his involvement in the vote counting process. Whereas, some citizens who spoke for KosovaPress waited for hours and did not manage to vote. Citizen Dinora Zymeri says she waited for 3 and a half hours to vote, and was unable to vote due to lack of ballots. Whereas, Arber Syla emphasized that the return of over 200 citizens without voting irresponsibility and mismanagement.
